Observatoire d'Etudes et d'Appui à la Responsabilité Sociale et Environnementale (OEARSE)
L’Observatoire d’Etudes et d’Appui à la Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (OEARSE) aims to advocate for fair and equitable exploitation of natural resources in DR Congo by holding multinational companies and the Congolese State accountable for their management. It promotes economic, social, and cultural rights of minorities — including women, Indigenous peoples, and affected populations (APs) — impacted by large-scale industrial projects (in extractives, energy, forestry, water, and infrastructure) that affect environment and local livelihoods.
