Noël Mayamba

Finance and Operations Manager

Noël Mayamba Monga N’Koso is the Finance and Operations Manager for Resource Matters’ office in the DRC. He oversees administrative, financial, human resources, and logistics matters.

A professional in management and business law, he was trained at the University of Kinshasa (ULK) and the School of Business at the University of Liège (HEC-ULg). He is also a trainer in organizational management, auditing, and management control.

He began his career in 2003 as Head of Accounting at the National Employment Office. From 2004 to 2020, he served as Logistics Administrator and then as Administration and Finance Manager at the liaison office of the 11.11.11 NGO network in Kinshasa.

Between 2021 and 2022, he has strengthened several Congolese NGOs (AFREWATCH, COGEP, YWCA-DRC, DYJEF, etc.), improving their accounting software packages, organizational restructuring, and strategic planning. In 2022, he was Consultant and Training Coordinator for the Fac’Arts project at the Plateforme Contemporaine (PC).
