Bénédicte Ndjudi

Office Manager

As the Office Manager of Resource Matters in Kinshasa, Bénédicte Ndjudi Sumaili is responsible for financial, administrative, and human resources tasks.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Leadership Academia University and began her career with an internship at in the Risk and Credit Department of Bank of Africa. She then worked as an executive assistant at Supplier Development, where she managed cash flow, personnel, and client relations.

Passionate about the transparent management of the country’s resources for the well-being of all, Bénédicte hopes to contribute to this cause through her work with Resource Matters in the DRC.
