Video : local electrification through mining royalties

The electrification of local communities is presented as a development imperative. The “Mining – Energy Nexus” project offers a concrete model for achieving this goal : it recommends earmarking a share of the mining royalties that accrue to local administrations to the benefit of decentralized electrification projects.
