Center for Research on Public Finance and Local Development

The Center for Research on Public Finance and Local Development (CREFDL) is an initiative launched by a group of Congolese experts (DRC) interested in financial governance and its impact on development of local communities.

The Association organizes activities on various issues related to the management of funds transferred by the central government to Provinces and Decentralized Territorial Entities (ETDs).

The creation of this platform for analysis, dialogue, and awareness-raising among political and administrative authorities aims to promote governance reform by placing people at the center of public action and fostering social accountability.
