EU Parliament : sustainable management of raw materials from the DR Congo

On May 14 2025, Resource Matters presented the ongoing work on cobalt supply chains traceability in DRC, during the Exchange of views on the sustainable management of Raw Materials in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), hosted by the Delegation to the Africa-EU Parliamentary Assembly  hosted by the Delegation to the Africa-EU Parliamentary Assembly at the European Parliament. In the context of the EU–Rwanda Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and the EU-DRC MoU, Resource Matters reiterated a clear message: « traceability and ethical sourcing must be at the core of EU Critical Raw Materials strategic partnerships. »
