Chloé Dale

Finance and Operations Manager

Chloé Dale is the Office Manager at Resource Matters’ Brussels office, where she runs the administration, finance, and logistics.

She holds a Master’s degree in Population and Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Liège. During her studies, she specialised in North–South cooperation and completed an internship with the Belgian Red Cross focused on global citizenship education and international humanitarian law.

Diligent and highly committed, Chloé is known for her reliability and efficiency in supporting the smooth running of the organisation’s operations.
