Anna Ressler

Operations Director

Anna Ressler is the Operations Director at Resource Matters, where she leads the organisation’s finance, operational management, compliance, risk management and monitoring and evaluation functions.

Prior to joining Resource Matters, she worked with UNICEF in several Middle Eastern and (Northern) African offices between 2018 and 2023. Earlier in her career, she was a researcher and consultant on human rights and children’s rights with several NGOs, including with The Carter Center and Mines Advisory Group in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Save The Children in Lebanon.

She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Reading, an MA in Human Rights Law from the University of London, and a BA from Eastern Mennonite University.

Anna brings extensive experience in organisational management and rights-based programming, supporting the effective delivery and accountability of Resource Matters’ work.
