The data behind Congo Hold-up was obtained by the Platform to Protect Whistleblowers in Africa (PPLAAF) and the French investigative outlet Mediapart, then shared with 19 international media outlets coordinated by the European Investigative Collaborations (EIC) network, as well as five NGOs, including Resource Matters.
